The SEOniverse

What is thin content?

Thin content is a resource on a website that offers little or no value to the user.

Thin content is most often considered useless by search engines and is not likely to be indexed. If thin content is targeting a competitive keyword, it almost certainly won't be put in front of users; it stands a higher chance, however, if the target keyword is not competitive.

To avoid thin content, ensure that your resources cover the topic in depth and in a clear and engaging manner.
